Honglin Chen

Honglin Chen (b. 2003 Guangdong, China), is a painter, photographer and writer works and lives in Singapore. Honglin had six years of classical oil painting training, educated in both China and the United States, he blends traditional techniques with contemporary influences, focusing on the intersection of painting aesthetics and the democracy of perception. His artistic concern extends to exploring diaspora experiences, delving into issues of displacement and cultural hybridity.
